Ok, when I booked the room initially, my card was compromised later that day. I didn’t like that. When I rolled up to the property, office was unlocked but I waited for a good 15 minutes & no one came to check me & a couple other guests in. I left for a few minutes then came back. When I returned, someone was available to help. They did offer a weird excuse for the card situation, saying it happens often & it is Expedia’s fault, not theirs- maybe so, anyway. Room was clean & after trying to give me a room with broken tv, I got one that worked. Not the biggest deal, but u know how motels & tv just kinda go together, especially when travelling solo. I would probably stay here again tho, cos overall it wasn’t bad.
