Clean. Helpful staff. Plentiful breakfast. If you are traveling from the states, be sure to read the fine print. I was confused about the $20 parking fee, but went back and read that it was clearly stated. At another hotel I stayed at in Sudbury, I saw that there was not a fee for parking, but there is for breakfast. A bit of a culture shock.

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. When we woke up, we discovered bed bugs in the room, which caused multiple bites and a painful allergic reaction, with severe inflammation especially on the face. Attempts to contact the manager by email didn’t work, leaving us with no support. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable and distressing.

The breakfast menu was fresh, fast and efficient. The staff were friendly. The room was clean, but it was disappointingly very small! I'd compare the room size to a motel room size and even a bit smaller. The heater was somewhat noisy but it did keep the room warm.
