As of 9/2024. We found cockroaches in our room! Also, the property is in terrible physical condition. I am surprised it could pass any type of inspection. The owners should either make a major investment in updating this property or tear it down.

I get to the motel and they want to argue with me about the deposit I paid then the front desk tells us for 3 hours they will get the second key from the sister property and didn’t we had to go get it. Then there was the room that smelled damp and was dirty. And don’t let me forget the ROACHES!!!!! They were everywhere!!!!! Told us they would come spray and didn’t I had to go buy a can of bug spray and spray my room.

You will Require to pay $100 dollars Cash as Deposit To Check In... They will charger you $18.00 dollars per night for Buking through 3party web-side Be Aware you cannot check out anytime.....you Can only checkout from 8:30 to 11am to get your $100 dollars Back the inside pool its not heat Really nice location..Super convenient Rooms It's nOt 5 start hotel..BUt if you Wanna Bring your Family on fast beach Trip

Don’t book this! Please read!
COCKROACH INFESTATION! Don’t step foot on that property! Even the sidewalks at that place has HUMONGOUS cockroaches. I’ve never seen anything like it, truly! This was the not only the dirtiest, most bug infested hotel/motel I’ve ever seen but also the dirtiest most bug infested building I’ve ever stepped foot in or that people are expected to sleep in! I informed them Immediately of the roaches and so they said they can spray and get them out so I went to the beach for a bit. By the time I couldnt take it anymore, the office was already closed. I left after one night and got a PORTION of my money back after only 2 hours of sleep and roaming the beach all night so I didn’t have to be in the room because roaches were crawling everywhere! I encountered/killed AT LEAST 30 roaches from the time I checked in at 4pm til I checked out at 8am the next morning! I’ve attached a picture so folks can see how many I killed just in one napkin! This app doesn’t allow me to add videos or else I would show how they were running up the walls, across the floor on my feet, on the countertops, in the toilet and shower, on the HEADBOARD & REMOTE!! I feel it’s my duty to report this to the health dept because it’s terribly, terribly infested and I’ve seen and been in places with bugs before in my life unfortunately, this just doesn’t compare!

Could of been a bit cleaner but honestly id stay again wouldnt recomend 1st floor was battling waterbugs everynight but honestly we didnt spend alot of time there except at night.

Roaches everywhere, stains everywhere, bad smell.. not worth the money, felt like they should have paid me to stay there.. made me pay a extra $100 cash deposit after I got there said I’ll get it back at check out. Told them I need a early 6:30 am check out but they said I could not check out until 8:30 to get my deposit back.. and thay didn’t show back up until 9am.. all I can say is stay away from this place…..

I will never stay at another property that has any kind of ties with the Polynesian this is the second year vacation has been ruined. First thing I cannot understand them and they cannot understand me. #2 bugs get you some spray before you register check in you're going to need it. #3 if you take your stuff down to the pool too early the pool guy takes it over to the main office and you have to go to the front office and get her to call him and have him bring it back when they do bring it back mine was stolen two beach chairs and a boogie board I watched the pool guy from 7th floor#4 one ice machine for the whole place Coke machines don't work they send you to the Polynesian they don't have no change they send you to the Polynesian none of the maids or the maintenance people or even the front desk people can understand you and you can't understand them. Don't expect them to have any kind of stuff for the washers and dryers they don't have any detergent they don't have any dryer sheets they don't have they didn't have nothing you got to go to the Polynesian or the store watch where you park the parking garage the dryers blow out onto the vehicles and it floods had people emptying their coolers from the balconies just pouring water over didn't matter that people were below had people wondering around late at night because when you put your key in the door you had to turn it really hard to get it to open a lot of people didn't know it so they thought that they were locked out of

Check in requires a $100 cash only deposit. Was not indicated prior to arrival. The person at the front desk was incredibly rude When trying to convince me that this policy was clearly posted On Expedia. My room was not available for check-in until after check-in time.

At check in we had to pay a $100 deposit on top of a resort fee that wasn’t told in the price when booked. The room was awful. It had a sour smell. The bathroom tub didn’t drain well but the drain cover kept coming off and actually almost cut my child’s foot. The TV kept cutting off by itself and the remote didn’t work even with switching the batteries. Tried to use the microwave and it would only go for a second or two before it would shut off. Rooms definitely needed some general TLC along with most of the hotel itself. The pool even didn’t look like it had been cleaned, it had a bunch of trash floating in it. Only good thing is it did have a good beach access but besides that wouldn’t recommend this place.
