Not what it appears.
While the views were as good as advertised, the check-in process left A LOT to be desired. There is more than one building/tower on the property and the check-in attendant did not specify where our room was located. He pointed to the tower to our left and said that's where our room was; unfortunately, that was not the case. After lugging all of our stuff from tower to tower, a nice woman at the concierge desk informed us that our room was in the building down the street. We repacked our car (in the rain) and drove to the other building. Once we finally got into our room, we had to go back outside and move the car across the street into the parking deck. The deck was secured by a gate that required our room key to gain access; after we parked the car, I noticed that all of the cars around ours had a parking pass from the hotel. The check-in attendant never went over any of the parking directions and never mentioned there being a parking pass for the deck. After going back across the street to our room, we found the pass in the packet of information he gave us and had to go back across the street and put it in our car so it wouldn't get towed. Once we finally made it back to our room for the night, I was greeted by a cockroach going behind the refrigerator. The sheets on the bed were not soft and every bed (there were 3 total) had 4 different pillows (the softness and density varied on every pillow). We tried to utilize the dishwasher after having our late night dinner due to our check-in woes, but it was missing a wheel and didn't roll out very well. The listing states that this is a "new, stunning oceanfront condo;" however, based on the outdated furniture, subpar linen quality, and broken dishwasher, it feels anything but new and stunning. I'll definitely spend my money elsewhere next time.
