Unit looked pretty rough and did not feel clean. When i first walked in, the place was very hot and there were a lot of flies which was not making me feel good about staying there. Pretty rough street as well. Very dirty outside and in the surrounding businesses. Felt a bit better on the second day, after washing the floors myself and killing all the flies. Would stay in a Sonder again but not this location.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sonder. We made a booking error and needed to extend our stay an extra night. The Hotel was accommodating to us and found another room for the extra night. They allowed us a late check out of one room and an early check in to the new room. The rooms were both very clean and well equipped for our needs. The kids found the pool area to be quite small, but did enjoy a quick swim and float in the hot tub. As a first time traveler to the Montréal area parking was something else. We had to park across the road at Concordia. It was convenient, but a bit pricey.

My stay was definitely amazing! I had so much fun and the property was very clean and comfortable. The comfort of a real house. During my stay there was just no housekeeping available yet on that “Sonder” as they have many properties in town. But I was able to get clean towels and laundry soap every morning or as needed. They have a beautiful pool and the gym has just what you need to maintain your workout in holiday. It’s very safe and secure as well as you get in with a mobile key or a door code. The bed is very comfortable and the noise is filtered as well.

Very basic accommodation. The concept is a good one but execution leaves a lot to be desired. The design is clean, white and modernist. Substantial use and below average maintenance renders the space dingy. It is clean, on the edge, or at the less attractive part of downtown but rather basic and services are existent. Not a great place to stay.

Great location with rooms that have a full kitchen. The communication was great and the service was mostly self. Youre given a code to get into the building during off hours and to get into your apartment. No keys. No hassle. Very good for independant minded travelers.

We had a fantastic stay.The unit was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. We appreciated 3 ice cube trays. We wished there was a room with a king bed because we are both tall. We didn't find the couch to be comfortable.
