This was a last minute booking for us as our original host canceled 2 days before arrival. This house has been recently updated and has some great features, but some unfinished areas as well. There was lots of areas that were dusty and items found under couches, therefore not cleaned well. The Host was very helpful with any requests we had and responded in a timely manner.

Disappointed- The property was misrepresented. - Very Poor communications with the owner
The online listing indicated there ‘twas a Hot Tub on the property. A hot tub or swimming pool was a filter that I used to search the various properties in Montreal. Numerous times I requested to know the operational status of the “advertised hot tub.” Not once did the owner respond to my questions regarding the status of the hot tub. I have used these types of rental properties many times throughout the years and I have always had very good responsiveness from the property owners. This is the first time that the owner of any of the properties has failed to answer my questions. The property is clean and comfortable but the property amenities is inaccurate and the owner is not responsive.

wonderfully redone space
Door keypad was amazing for our big group and the host was super responsive when we had an issue with the code one evening (< 1 min response time).
