This condo has open floor plan with kitchen/dinning room living room combination. two queen beds and one bath, with a sleeper sofa, makes this perfect for a family of 4 to 6. With pool access at your door step. Also overlooks the sandy volley ball court and play area for the kids. Comes fully equipped with all the amenities of home. Full size fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, all the pots and pans and dishes provided. Expanded cable as well as free WI FI. With Conely Bottom marina just 3 miles away and plenty of parking for your boat or jet skis makes this condo the perfect choice. There are other public boat ramps just a couple of miles away as well. The lake may be the main attraction but we have several golf courses as well, within a 20 minute to 30 minute drive. There also is Cumberland falls as well as a state park close by. With the rolling mountains and beautiful country side, it will make a great fall trip as well. There is also Sterns train ride thru old Kentucky coal mines and historic mining town. Plenty of activities for the whole family. Please call for availability as we have three more condos.

Perfect 2 bedroom condo near Conley Bottom marina
The property is perfect for families wanting to stay close to Conley Bottom marina. Tons of amenities including a pool, tennis court, and sand volleyball. The rooms were clean and just what we were looking for. Will stay again!

The place was nice and the Property Manager was great, he let us change out dates at the last minute!! The condo was nice, clean and perfect for my Son, DIL and Grandson to spend the weekend at the lake.

A lovely condo in a quiet neighborhood with many other rentals, with some super extras that would be awesome in the summer including a tennis court, volleyball court, and pool! The condo was very clean, plenty of space for the four of us, with a nice back deck to enjoy in the morning. The only downfall was the deck/entryway didn't feel very solid, and takes you the long way around the building to get to your door (the upside is that you're at the "dead end" of the porch and no one walks past the front windows of this unit, so you have plenty of privacy). We definitely will return to Golden Pond another time.

Nice place
It is a nice place in a quiet neighborhood close to multiple places for lake access. You are in a dry county so make sure you bring anything with you or purchase in Somerset. Most big state parks are within an hour so plan accordingly. Nice place for kids with a pool, swing set, basketball/tennis court and volleyball. One downside is the beds were pretty firm. The host is a great help!

Great place with lots of amenities and close to Conley Bottom.
Super easy check in. Great for kids. Clean pool, courts with balls, and great playground. We stayed in one of the 4 condos. If you had a big group rent all 4 you will be right together and close to everything. Condos fully stocked with everything you would need even a gas grill on each deck. It’s a 5 min drive to the Conley Bottom Marina. We rented a boat for the day. Everyone is nice and very helpful in the area.

Wonderful community in close proximity to Conley Bottom. Management was super friendly and helpful.
Condo was very clean and check-in was a breeze. Conveniently located near the lake. We will likely rent this condo again when we return to Conley Bottom.
