The gentleman Kris at the front desk didn’t even greet me when I walked in and didn’t tell me what the cost of the stay will be just ran my card and took him quite some time to check me in and was not very clear on the check in process

When we went to check in, we had to wait ten mins for the guy to show up at the counter. No bell to ring, nothing to press to alert him when we got in the door. He said he was out doing safety checks. Then they informed us of a ten dollar parking fee when we didn't read that anywhere on the web site. The room stunk like bad body odor. When we turned on the heat the smell was even more pungent.

I really like the staff! Angie was such a gem. She made our vacation a lot less stressful. My only complaint would be more food options for breakfast besides that it was an amazing stay.

Good enough and felt safe
Clean room with vinyl wood plank fooring (no nasty carpet!). Bed was comfy with super soft sheets. Only waffles and dry cereal/toast/yogurts for breakfast options (No eggs or bacon or hot items). Good deal for the price. Hallways/common areas smelled like weed.
