This cozy two bedroom apartment is part of a larger complex in Middletown, Ohio. Live like a local with plenty of room for four to sleep comfortably in our two bedroom and one bathroom unit. Close to I-75 and just an exit up from the Monroe Outlet Malls, there is plenty to do in this part of town! Relax on the comfortable sectional couch to watch TV on your favorite app, or grab a bite and sit at the bar table to eat!

Our 2 bedroom apartment is newly remodeled and completely furnished with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay.

As you walk in the front door you will find yourself in our cozy living area with a large smart TV, comfy sectional and a cute sitting/dining area.

Just around the corner you can cook breakfast, lunch or dinner in our brand new and well-appointed kitchen. We have you covered with the coffee - we provide a Keurig and all different kinds of flavors!

This home features two bedrooms. Both bedrooms feature two twin beds and are located at the back of the apartment. They are both fitted with a smart TV, night stand and plenty of closet space.

You'll find a full size washer and dryer in the hallway along with plenty of dryer sheets and laundry detergent for your use.

A blend of comfort, style, and convenience greets you as soon as you enter this space. While decorating, we have worked hard to create a "2nd home" feeling for our guests.

The living area is the home's heartbeat, successfully combining the relaxing living room with an inviting dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to illuminate the space throughout the day. Together, the laminate floors and tasteful décor, they create a feeling of warmth and coziness.

If you don't feel like leaving the property but want to catch a breath of fresh air and soak up the sun, you don't have to go farther than the balcony off the living room space.

Parking is located in an open lot that is shared with others in the complex. The door to the apartment complex leads you to the stairs you will go down a 1/2 flight of steps to access your home. Your personal apartment has a smart lock and keypad to it.

This is a vibrant and diverse neighborhood with great access to shopping, restaurants, and health care.

You will need to bring your own vehicle to get around.

This a non-smoking apartment. The hallways and common areas are also non-smoking. While we maintain a non-smoking interior, there are 12 units that share a common entrance. If you are sensitive to smells, this apartment would not be the best fit for you.
