Was a nice hotel. They had beautiful decor but the rooms themselves definitely need some...updates. You could tell it was older as floors were old, not updated. We're not really picky like that but it seemed weird to have such beautiful decor but run down rooms (if that makes sense). Overall, totally fine place to stay but if you're more selective you can go elsewhere for the same price.

The Greyson’s check in was awesome. Our room was spacious and clean. We visited the pool and ate at the cafe on the 14floor. We purchased breakfast when the room was booked. One of the staff members was not very friendly or hospitable. Maybe she was having a bad day at 8:45 am…she switched out and was no longer our waitress and I was happy about that. This is the reason for a 4 star review. I would stay here again. One bad experience does not spoil the overall hospitality we received at the Grayson Miami.
