The property was half renovated. Some staff was nice. The food options are horrible. Uncle Tony Luke’s was bland and cold even though it was cooked in front of you. I wish the hotel had a shuttle service going to the strip and airport.

Did not receive room service for 3 days. I had called 3 times and was told I was going to get service but did not until I spoke to manager on 3rd day! The hotel needs lots of upgrades and is run down. Took forever for front desk and housekeeping to answer their phones. This is unacceptable. What if there was an emergency in the hotel!!! I was very disappointed in my stay.

We loved our room the only downfall on it was there was no microwave. Room was huge, clean bed was AMAZING we literally want a bed just like it sooo comfortable. Our view was outstanding, definitely will book here again next time. Casino was great even though there was construction only thing was walking around it. It was a great overall stay.
