Worst hotel in Miami
Room was dirty, no soap, 1 towel, no shampoo, parking was $35 a day for street parking vehicles were not protected at all. The bathroom was so nasty that I showered with my shoes on. I disputed my room and charges with both Hotels.com and Secret Garden and they offered me 15% off which I still have not received. When I asked to change rooms they told me only customer who pay for more expensive rooms can switch if there is an issue. I asked for more towels or soap. They told me they were all out. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and the worst experience dealing with hotels.com customer service.

The hotel was nice and clean, when it came to toiletries very limited, 1 towel, 1 small packet of shampoo, no conditioner, no soap, no hair dryer, no robesas noted they supply to customers. front desk said this is all we have, was asked to share a hairdryer. we managed but not happy. then they offer breakfast ehich included some bread, a toaster, poor tasting coffee, and tea. then was told $35 a day to park car around the block. be aware, the staff didn't seem to care.

In general the place was poorly serviced. They are under staffed and need better management. It's loud, car horns until 3 am each night can be heard clearly through the single pane glass. No safe in my room as promised. No batteries in the TV remote, no way I'm booking this place again. Hit up the CVS a block away if you take a chance here, you'll need things like paper towels and soap since they skimp on it all.

I arrived in the afternoon and got charged an early check in fee despite the room being made up and sitting there empty (so just a blatant money grab) plus was then tagged an Expedia service fee so in the end the room rate wasn't so great. No towels in the room once I got there & the bath / shower when I used it leaked so much you have to the cover the floor in towels (once you get them) to soak up all the water. Just a crazy set up for the sink & bath tub.

Beautiful hotel with perfect location
Beautiful hotel, remodeled and well kept only a couple of minutes walking distance to the beach, it's very clean, very neat and everything is very modern, overall we like it! the only thing was that they only left a little one pack of shampoo and soap for a room for 2 people, so we literally had to water it down just to have enough, other than than I would give it 5 stars

No trash bag, no extra towels and when we asked for trash bag, the lady at the front desk was telling us we have to wait till the morning. That’s disappointing. Also, the property isn’t safe. They let people in without IDs to show they stay in the hotel. That’s unprofessional and it’s just not safe. Get a better hotel and spend that extra money for your own safely.

Only good thing was the jacuzzi bath in room. The hotel was extremely dirty and the room itself was dirtier. The entire hotel smells of Fabuloso and it's actually makes you feel sick. The elevator is broken, you have to take these creepy stairs which smells like piss. The room was so filthy- hair, water stains and dust everywhere. The shower curtain had red stains on it... and there was no hook to hold up the shower head and you had to hold it yourself. No amenities, the bar wasn't open/serviced. Also it was very dark throughout the hotel. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel at all!

The hotel was pretty and in a quiet location with a bus stop and a beach nearby. Our room had a dirty floor. The bath/shower is in the bedroom, so no good if your travelling with teenage sons. The lift was out of service, and we jad a weekchair user in our party. There was no food at the breakfast buffet. They put a few slices of bread out and a pot of coffee at 7.30 then dont top up. I did see some eggs that were supposed to be boiled that diners had opened that were raw inside. We went to breakfast at 8 each morning and didnt get to eat. Our key card also had to be reactivated several times per day.

This a NO, NO… at checking in the reception was just on the call taking for hours on her personal phone. She was quietly rude. However when we eventually checked in. Our room was so dirty hair all over the room the sink walls were dirty with black stains. I immediately called and the receptionist and said they would send someone. The manger came in at night to took a video and yet no one came in for two full days. Also the Breakfast is crappy nothing , they even change the breakfast time unapologetically. Yet you have to beg them to bring out the crappy breads and butter. IF BOOK THIS HOTEL YOU ARE GONNA RUINE YOUR VACATION. Most of their staff are heartless. Although they have some good ones who tend to feel sorry about the situation, but the management is crappy.

The property and the staff were great. However, I did not like that a deposit was requested upon checking in the hotel. After requesting it twice, I was just given a partial refund. I asked the property explanation to which I haven't been given any explanation yet. I do not understand why the partial refund when nothing was broken in the room, no extra services were used and all the things that were used, such as beach towels, were given back and were accounted for. I would have given the staff more stars but this lack of communication and stealing the deposits without providing any explanation makes me feel that it wouldn't be the right place as the hotel is untrustworthy. I'm quite disappointed by their behaviour. Regards

The ONLY positive review I can give, is the lady at the front desk allowed us to store our luggage in the office closet, until check in. We asked for 2 beach towels and they had to hold our ID till we brought them back. We were charged a $25 tax "resort" fee! For what? NOTHING! The room was SO dirty, we cleaned the bathroom upon arrival. The towels were a JOKE! A little bigger than a hand towel and they were DIRTY, and so thin they were almost see through. I did get another one that night, it was in the same condition, but DAMP! Don't expect coffee or breakfast...that was a JOKE! AND the elevator was BROKE and we were on the 3rd floor. It was VERY dark at night, we returned from dinner around 9:00PM and NO light on in the lobby. I would NOT have felt safe if my husband was not with me.

It’s a beautiful boutique hotel. There was coffee in the morning which was great for me. Quiet and felt safe in the area. One block from the beach. They offer beach chairs and towels. No issues except the elevator was out of service, and luckily we only had one flight.
