Wonderful Beach Access! Great ocean views, comfortable beds. Spa was lovely, amount of pools available was spectacular. Grounds were absolutely beautiful! Close enough to all the tourist spots, Lyft/Uber convenient. The staff attention could be improved: My only complaint or feedback would be to have assistance for even those that check in to hotel after hours. Our flight was delayed and we arrived around midnight. The hotel is far too big to have people wandering around trying to find the different towers after traveling all day. We were also not offered any assistance with our luggage to our room. Only area of improvement. I was traveling w my elderly mother and this definitely put a damper on our stay.

Loved the view and the easy access to the club we wanted to go to. Was encouraged to upgrade and I wish I hadn’t. To extend my stay was absolutely horrible. I also have no access to $800 for a week plus. Super disappointed in how I was treated even though I was so patient and nice. This hotel is just trying to get as much money out of you as possible. No fridge or coffee machine so you are forced to spend outrageous money. We aren’t frugal but it was not exemplary for what we paid.

Its a nice hotel with great amenities. I was surprised that someone would take my sunscreen, but the staff hooked me up so I wouldn't need to leave the pool to go buy some more. Can't blame the hotel for other guests, but I can compement the hotel's staff for being helpful. The pool staff in general were very good.
