Important Things to Note:
* Our home is located right next to the main highway of Massanutten Resort. You will hear road noise when outdoors and in the bedrooms facing the back of the house. Noise machines are available in these bedrooms.
* All activities at the Resort are available on a seasonal basis for an additional fee. Tickets can be booked at the Massanutten Resort home page online or in person at the ticketing offices.
* This home is dog friendly for up to 2 dogs of any size.
* Children are welcome, but the home is not child-proof.
* A starter pack of paper towels and toiletries is provided. You may need to buy more.
* A signed rental agreement must be completed prior to your stay.
* Travelers’ insurance is recommended for all guests.
Please Read This:
This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) and is governed by its rules and regulations, as well as federal and state laws and local ordinances. There are short-term rentals in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, or owners of second homes enjoying their retreat. Please respect their privacy and property rights, along with those of other guests in our private residential community.
NOISE
Noise that is unreasonable in the judgement of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time. Quiet Hours are between 10PM and 7AM.
PARKING
All tires must be off the roadway. DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS! Our private neighborhood roads are “highways” for law enforcement purposes per Rockingham County ordinance.
Do not park adjacent to any other homes or lots unless this home’s owner or property manager has told you he/she has explicit permission for you to do so.
Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed.
If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road, overflow parking is available at the MPOA Owners’ Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive.
NOTE: Buses, campers, and RV’s may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. With prior MPOA approval, they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay.
NO OPEN FIRES
You are in an area that is at risk for wildfire! NEVER leave any outdoor fire unattended.
ALCOHOL
Open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area.
PETS
Pets are not allowed to run at large. They must be leashed at all times when off this property. Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets.
TRASH
DO NOT place trash anywhere outside the house, including on screened porches. It will attract wildlife that could endanger you and damage the property.
