The property was conveniently located for what we needed. Plenty of food options in the area. The downside is the hotel is dated the carpeting in our room was fine but the carpet on the stairs was stained. The only other downside is there is no elevator and maybe it says it on the website and I didn't see it. Either way it didn't matter to us we were a one night stay in the area so not many bags but had we had 3 or 4 bags to lug it would have been a pain. All in all the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Only thing strange was that I asked for a 6:30 a.m. wake-up call (asked twice actually) but did not get one. I looked on the phone to see if there was a volume button that might have been to blame but I did not see one and I was right next to the phone waiting for the call.

Bartenders were more interested in their phones than they were in customer service. When we sat down, we waited approximately five minutes for someone to put their phone down and come and take our order. After that, she was sporadic at best. I ordered steak tips. They were extremely chewy and stringy only ate approximately half of them. Never gave us last call went to order a beer, and she said that it was Massachusetts law that they can't say last call. I was traveling and would've enjoyed having a cold beer back in my room, but that was not gonna happen.

Stayed with my family for 3 nights, it was a quick weekend getaway before school starts. We had a great experience, minor things around the room that wasn’t clean. But I am a clean freak so I look at every detail 😂. Staff was amazing, no complaints. Great breakfast options. My daughter loved the pool. We loved the area we stayed at, there’s fun world arcade nearby, there’s also a lot of dining options. Mall is nearby as well if you love to shop. Would definitely stay again.

smoking everywhere outside. Glass shower door fell on me and i could not put it back on shower track it was so heavy the shower door was broken off track. Also the refrigerator door was broken would not shut completely.

I was a little surprised to see that it’s a renovated motel. And that there were windows in the room out to the hallway, but I got used to it. The room was decent. The bathroom was extremely clean and all in all the facility was comfortable. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud and sounded like a meat grinder all night .

Everything was fine including the desk manager Sean. My room was spacious clean and very satisfactory. However, the toilet seat is broken and there was minimal TP! Otherwise all good as usual!
