## Space

A typical Lyonnais "Canut" with exposed stones and French ceilings, the apartment is on the first floor of an 18th-century building in a small street away from the main roads.

Autonomous entry - The keys are to be retrieved from a store located near the apartment.

Fully furnished and equipped, it is comfortable and organized to make you feel at home. You will appreciate its cozy and warm atmosphere (wooden floors, French ceilings, golden stone walls), its amenities, and its perfect location for discovering the city. The apartment consists of a main room with a lounge area/TV with a very comfortable sofa bed and an open kitchen. You will also have a bathroom with a washing machine and dryer as well as a mezzanine bedroom open to the living room. Bedding and towels are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with many utensils, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 3-burner induction hob, a multifunction oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board, a handheld steamer (very practical for dresses or shirts), and a hairdryer.

To make your arrival and installation easier, you will have basic products: coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, dishwasher tablets, sponge, dishcloths, dish soap, shower gel... city map and guides.

## Neighborhood

In the heart of the Presqu'île and the "Lamartinière/Terreaux" district, our apartment is an ideal starting point for discovering the city. You will easily access the banks of the Saône, the historic Saint Jean district, the Fourvière Basilica, the Croix-Rousse hill, Place des Terreaux, and the Palais Saint-Pierre. You will find all the local shops: bakery, butcher, grocery store (supermarket in Presqu'île open 7/7), many bouchons, bars, coffee shops, and restaurants, as well as typical markets (Saint Antoine or Croix Rousse). You will enjoy the charm of Place Sathonay, just steps away, where you might be tempted to join the locals for a game of pétanque.

## Transit

Very well-served by buses, metros, trams, bikes, and Hôtel de Ville just 5 minutes on foot. You can walk to explore Lyon’s traboules and the slopes of Croix-Rousse, the city center and its shops, stroll along the banks of the Saône, or take the Vaporetto to the new Confluence district, its contemporary architecture, and museum.

PART-DIEU STATION / APARTMENT: To get to the apartment from Part-Dieu station, take bus C13 towards Hôtel de Ville at Part-Dieu station and get off at Hôtel de Ville. The apartment is a 5-minute walk away.

ST EXUPÉRY AIRPORT / APARTMENT: To get to the apartment from St Exupéry airport, take the Rhône Express to Part-Dieu station and get off at Vaulx-en-Velin la Soie. Then take metro line A towards Perrache and get off at Hôtel de Ville. The apartment is a 5-minute walk away.

We do our best to maintain the safety of our guests according to the Airbnb cleaning protocol, cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (switches, door handles, furniture handles, remote controls, etc.) before your arrival.

ATTENTION:

Only one set of keys is given to guests for their stay; it is not possible to have additional sets.
The keys can be retrieved from KeyNest lockers in a store near the apartment (200m). They will be available for pickup from 3:00 PM until 11:00 PM.

Bedding and towels are provided.
The apartment is non-smoking.
No pets allowed.
No parties or events.
