Situated in the heart of a UNESCO World Heritage site, you can step outside and explore the rich history of the town, from its iconic Cobb Harbour, swathes of pebble beach, to the literary landmarks that dot its landscape. Whether you're seeking seaside relaxation or outdoor activities like fossil hunting and coastal walks, Lyme Regis has something for everyone. Within 13 miles you can also explore many pretty towns and villages including Axminster, Beer, Bridport, West Bay, Eype, Seaton and Burton Bradstock.
This ground floor garden apartment with a private entrance, opens into this welcoming property, newly refurbished. To your left is the first of the two bedrooms, which is furnished with twin beds. This room looks out over the street and there is a shared stylish shower room next door. The remaining bedroom has a pretty dressing area and sits to the other side of the shower room. This double room is lit only by a light tunnel, creating a cosy ambience. The hallway opens into a fabulous open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with an orangery style roof that floods the space with light. The contemporary kitchen runs along one wall and there is space to dine just opposite. An inviting lounge area is arranged around a Smart TV and is the perfect spot in which to unwind after a day spent exploring. You'll find underfloor heating run by an air source pump throughout, which creates a gentle warmth.
Take the external steps down into the walled, courtyard garden, where you'll find privacy and furniture ideal for enjoying a sundowner or your morning coffee.
