I stayed at this property in Kilgore and it was so clean and maintained well. The pool was perfect and the staff were all so friendly to deal with. The rooms are clean and great space. The bathrooms were immaculate. I would recommend this place. 10/10

The rooms were clean bed was made. But the room next to us the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable it honestly was no different than sleeping on the floor. The bath tub is a major safety hazard as it was so slick both my wife and I fell getting in the tub to take a shower.

When we walked into the room, there was water on the floor near the door. It appeared the room had been flooded from the recent rain as there was a water stain about 3/4 into the room. There was also several dead bugs, a few live ones and a smell in the room.
