The staff was responsive when we told them that the guests in the adjoining room were noisy all night and upgraded us to a suite. Thank you. I also liked that we could walk to the 2 mile walking path every day. My salmon dinner could have been better, as could the coffee at breakfast, but the service in the restaurant was excellent.

The room couldn't have been more nicer or cleaner. The added Dove soap/shampoo/conditioner amenities in the bathroom were a very nice touch. I can't express enough how nice Francisco treated me upon arrival at the front desk. He went above and beyond in making my stay as comforting and comfortable as possible. A true professional at his job and a true gem of a person. Whoever hired him should be promoted! I would never hesitate to stay there again!

The window was toward inside, not outside. No outside view. Garbage cans didn't have liner. Felt bad throwing in wet garbage. Bathroom too compact and things misplaced. The tissue hanger too close to my arm and too fragile. Location of towel hangers uncomfortable. I had to walk several steps to get one after washing hands. One towel accidentally fell into the toilet.

A unique property. Looks like an old Holiday Inn that was enclosed and updated. Love that the floors are LVP and not carpet. The bath tub is a bit worse for wear, but the rest of the bathroom is updated. This hotel still offers daily room cleaning. Definitely will stay here again.

The Hotel was clean, but the noise level from the hall and the neighboring rooms is not great. You can hear every sound. Decent Pool. The room service food was terrible. We got a pizza topped with penne a la vodka pasta and the crust was raw. Could not eat any of it. Service was just OK. Fire alarms started going off around 11:45 PM one night and the staff went room to room banging on all the doors one by one to look at the alarms in the room. Did not answer my question about if we had to evacuate. We did anyway. There were guests wandering the halls. Went back to room a few minutes later and about 20 minutes later that alarms started blaring again. Awful night!

It’s fine. Close to the tournament we were playing in. Got bait and switched to a room with with two doubles vs my original 2 queens. No late checkout even after agreeing to the switch. Won’t make that mistake again. Restaurant was meh don’t eat there.

Great hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. The barman goes out of his way to make everyone feel welcome even if on their own. Not a negative but be aware that at least some of the rooms don’t have outside facing windows so they rely on interior lights.
