Treated like a third class citizen because we booked through a third party. Only hotel on mountain so do not want to compensate at all. We left and didn’t stay, refused to refund. Everything inside and outside run down. Air broken would not cook, room smelled as if something died in there, window wouldn’t open, no channels on tv, internet spotty and would hold, mold in tub and shower curtain, fireplace broken, bugs, hair in drains not cleaned. Health department should be called . Never ever go there again

The hotel check in was smooth and easy. There was very little parking because there was a wedding party the night we stayed. We waited 15 minutes at the restaurant before even being acknowledged. The food was good but the wait staff was so sparse it was hard to get our drinks filled. Our room window wouldn’t stay open but the beds were very comfortable. There was a bar on the property and they had some pretty neat antiques for decoration. There were some wild horses roaming the property in the morning. I would stay here again. Just know it is older and if you expect that, you will be fine.

A bit over priced for the condition of the hotel.
Very "rustic". For the price, it needs to be fixed up. But it was clean and the restaurant and bar were great. Food was also really good.

Chalet feel. Beautiful setting and great getaway from heat in summer. Is under a little renovation but nothing disturbing to our stay. Very pet friendly. Room was good. Comfortable bed. Will recommend to friends.

The hotel is very old and is in urgent need of renovation. A few buckets of paint could do wonders. The rooms on the upper floors are only accessible by stairs. Very difficult and confusing to find your way, especially if there should be an emergency. Staff was helpful and nice. The area is beautiful.

Nice getaway in the montains. You can tell that is an older property as everything is a bit run down, but they are renovating. The restaurant on site is okay, but there are no other options . We had dinner and breakfast there. The dinner was okay, but breakfast was not. The eggssmelled bad andwe let our server know, he had them remade after we told him i wasnt going to eat anymore. My meal was still on the ticket.
