The property is older, but at least my room was kept up just fine. I did not patronize the casino area, restaurant, or pool, so I cannot speak to them, but the pool at least looked clean. The front staff was amazing to work with, very kind and professional. This place suited our needs just great, it was close to the main hub of Vegas without being in it, so it was quieter. The prices were reasonable even though it was elevated because of the iHeart Radio concert that weekend (which we were not there for, so having everyone's prices inflated was annoying). Travelled with my husband and son, had no issues, would stay here again.

The whole property was dated. The refrigerator leg was broken and the door scraped the floor upon opening. The air conditioner seemed preset to go on/off on a regular basis but the control panel was broken (it was mostly too hot). The bathroom fan/light was loud when on. The TV seemingly didn't work. I didn't complain to the front desk so I can't say they weren't helpful. I sucked it up for my one night stay. It served my purpose for a cheap hotel in LV for a Saturday night. The pool area/courtyard seemed clean and good but I didn't use it. Also, the bar was clean and the service was good and there was a happy hour.

My room was dirty… I kept stetting on hard staff that was on floor plus bathroom door at the bottom had some metal sticking out I poked my foot there…. Then some dude kept knocking on my door asking for his AirPods😒 Worst stay ever

maintenance unable to correct toilet problem in two attempts. had to request new room. second room had tv remote that worked very poorly and maintenance unable tp correct the problem. have no confidence in the maintenance staff. second room had mold on floor by the tub. in first room unable to get hot water ( maintenance said it can take 20 minutes)

While I was shaving in the bathroom area, a stranger entered my room with a working key card, thinking it was his room. Apparently, the desk clerk gave someone else a key to my room!!! In addition, there was a leak under the sink that caused wet carpeting, the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall, and the TV remote didn't work. Finally, the requested housekeeping service wasn't performed during my entire 4-night stay. This is no way to run (even a budget) motel!

The room had space and was quiet at night, bed was good and close enough to the monorail. There is no coffee maker and micowave in the room. The closet door was not working, there were some stains on the pillow, the iron board was kind of old and somebody drew something on it. No housekeeping during our stay. No dining after 9pm, no breakfast included. Kind of funky hotel.
