The hotel smelled great and the suite was a good size. Check in was fast until you went to claim your "free" prize. It's basically a push to watch a timeshare presentation. They kept saying there was no pressure, but we had to tell the lady at the prize desk no at least 5 or 6 times. It was very frustrating. This wasn't even the tour, just the ask to take the tour. The suite was not cleaned well. The furniture was very dusty (TV, night stand, dresser). The rug was not vacuumed well, there were visible things on the carpet and my socks were after walking around for a few minutes. There were visible streaks of something that someone had spilled on the furniture and it was never cleaned.
