We did not know there would be “resort fees” and a deposit due at check in which was almost another $400. After checked in we wanted something to eat it had been a really long night/flight so stopped at their convenience store for a little snack and they started yelling you have one minute because they wanted to mop the floors. Over all the rom has a nice appearance but we have 6 TV channels, the toilet will not stop running, bed definitely old/broke down and lot of outside noise/cars.

The maid service was excellent! They did such a nice job taking care of our needs. We love the free parking but had one altercation with parking staff, who got in my husband’s space and accused him of moving a cone. Other than that, it was good. We were sad that the television has limited channels and when we called front office they said we should mirror from our phone. Unfortunately, the last patron did something to the tv and his info couldn’t be removed. They told us tech support would come fix it, but they never did. I never would’ve turned on the tv but our minor child wanted something to do when we were downstairs. The breakfast was tasty but expensive. We enjoyed our stay. Use this hotel especially if you drive off the strip to go see the national park, etc.

The water was not working during our stay. We had to go downstairs to get water. Instead of either moving us to a hotel that was operational, or at a MINIMUM refunding our stay, we were only credited the daily resort fee. Never again.

Staff was great, if you didn't have the right key color, to be in a certain area u wasnt allowed to enter those particular elevators. At the least this provided you with a little more sense of security.
