I wish I knew that I could have had an upgrade option for the room. Although, my room was nice I would have preferred a higher floor. I did get a late check out of 1pm. No water was offered either and this was a Hilton. I travel weekly for work and we tend to stay at Hiltons. This one had no microwave, tub nor coffee machine in the rooms. Somewhat inconvenient.
