Rooms are super clean. The resort itself was extremely nice. The issue was there was zero vibe to the resort. This was during F1 but even though. The fact that nearly every thing had too scanned was an issue for many customers. I get the reason behind it for collecting visitor behavior. Also the cashless concept was another issue with a lot of visitors I witnessed.

As someone who respects the Hilton brand, this place did not live up to it. It was clean enough, but not as well maintained as I would expect from Hilton. My main issue, though, was being made to feel as though they take advantage of the customer at every opportunity, whether it be the outrageous resort fees, the hyper-sensitive mini bar (all items sit on scales that immediately charge you even if only moved slightly), the lackluster customer service in addressing the mini bar issue (I had to contact them twice before I was refunded after accidentally bumping the mini bar, and neither of the employees I spoke to put in much effort to be pleasant), water that can't be aquired on-site for less than 8 dollars for a single bottle--15 dollars if you take one from the mini bar....... must I go on? I choose to stay at a Hilton because I want a higher end experience, not a lackluster experience that I'm still paying through the nose for. Nickel and diming your customer base like this, no matter how well-off they tend to be, is not a smart long term strategy. This will be the last time I "slum it" in the Hilton at Resorts World. I will be sticking with Wynn or Waldorf Astoria in the future. Their prices are justified with a luxurious experience.
