"We recently returned from our trip to the Krystal Grand. Last night, my wife and I looked at some of the recent reviews and reminded ourselves that reviews are often written by those keyboard warriors who have a small issue and take to places such as this to offer unfair opinions. No - I am NOT an employee / AI writer / etc... Here is our fair, honest opinion... Our stay was great! We booked the ocean view Jr. suite and it was well worth it! The altitude upgrade is also worth it as we were able to readily book all our a la carte dinners with ease. Our room was amazingly beautiful. Falling asleep the waking in the morning to the sound of crashing waves was amazing. The room was huge. The shower was awesome (rain, wand, or horizontal options) with endless hot water. The only flaw was the bed was a little too firm for my liking. However, my wife loved it (as she prefers a firm mattress). The adult pool was great, too. The service at the swim/walk up bar was always on point. Drinks were delicious. We went to the pool at various times throughout the day and were always able to find a lounge chair - one time we sat at the chairs / tables close by for 20 mins before something opened up. We did see someone rudely take a piece out of an employee because they came down and there were no open chairs - it was embarrassing, actually. We would ask one of the pool servers to keep an eye open for us...which they did. I will do another review to complete thoughts "
