"Colleen our host did a wonderful job of communicating with us quickly. The property was very clean with everything we needed for our stay. She even left us a bottle of wine and card for new years. The living room furniture was very comfortable. Beds and linens were very soft and kept us nice and warm. The views from the multiple decks were fantastic! The sun rise on a clear morning is like no other. Could not have asked for a better place to stay on beech mountain. The slopes were just a few feet away. We got to see deer come by the right side of back deck and Colleen provides deer feed in the kitchen closet. The hot tub was very relaxing. We liked all the special touches and like motion activated night lights for getting up at night with no need to hunt a light switch. The bathroom was updated very nicely. The guitar was fun to play on making some nice tunes. Nice touch. Trust me you wont be disappointed if you decide to book here. This is the second stay at one of Colleens Beech Mountain properties and we already are thinking about another trip this year. "We had a wonderful trip. We went my my sisters family. We have teens and little ones. It was a great location for me teens to take off on the slopes on their own. They came and went all week. We also have little ones so we walked down to the sledding hill each day as well. Highly recommend Brick oven pizza and their arcade. The host was very responsive within minutes. Make sure if it’s winter you have 4 wheel drive. Even if it doesn't snow, the wind blows the snow from the ski lift snow make and it snows at the house. "

"We have an annual trip with friends and family every year and this was by far one of our favorite houses. It is ski in ski out but unfortunately the conditions weren’t cold enough for the run the house was on to be open. Still was a great spot because it’s only a two minute walk to get to the top of the mountain. Overall great place and would stay here again!"
