"We had a short 2 day stay at your beautiful mountain property. It was exactly as listed. It was wonderful and spacious. We went to the mountains to be supportive of those who have lost so much to the flooding of Hurricane Helene. We were glad for the fireplace as most of our stay the temperature were cold and the wind blew 20-40 mph. Not the property’s fault. My only complaint was that the occupancy was to begin at 4:00. That is when we arrived and the cleaning lady was there and stayed until after 5:00. She should have been done long before 4:00. "

"Just the perfect getaway. The staff was exceptional. Our dinner at the restaurant was delicious and service was above expectations. The only reason I gave the grounds a 4 was it was only 5 weeks after the hurricane and they were doing some remodeling but I lay no blame on the resort. The road to the resort was under repair but they are doing a great job of cleaning up and getting back to business. I highly recommend. "
