"Main issue was that it was obvious that housekeeping just skimmed over my room, and for a "non smoking" hotel, the hallways always smelled like cigarette smoke. I wipe every hotel room down when l stay at hotels, and when l did, the wipes were black, something sticky on the bathroom floor and sink, food in the microwave, a coffee bag in the machine, big urine stain on mattress pad, something spilled on the sheets on the side of the bed and not changed, windows with sticky fingerprints all over them. The front desk was great, breakfast was great, lobby was clean. "

"Nice hotel, relatively convenient. Check location but lots of shopping opportunities. Staff was lovely and breakfast was good. Husband was disappointed no more biscuits and gravy second morning, lol. Room was clean with all amenities you needed except makings for only 1 cup of coffee (!). No service to room for second night. All in all a good stay!"
