I loved the staff, property, location etc. I had breakfast and enjoyed the food but was disappointed it was not complimentary and on top of that, it was too costly; a breakfast sandwich and a cup of tea cost me $17 before tax.

When we arrived the room was very nice and inviting. We arrived on a Thursday night and stayed until Sunday morning. The cleaning staff did not come in the room to fresh up or give us fresh towels. We had to ask for clean towels.

I was there for two days and on the first niggt attempted to watch TV and my television had zero functionality on any channel and no connection for any streaming services. I went to the front desk three times over the next 36 hours to request the issue be corrected or to be moved to another room and was repeatedly told it would be addressed and then subsequently ignored.I have been a Hilton Hinors member for more than 15 years. Definitely has me rethinking my brand loyalty.

The Doubletree was fantastic!! Super friendly staff! Restaurant staff and food were all great! Bed was comfy and GREAT PILLOWS!!!!! Definitely will use them again in this area!!
