Did report on Sunday 21st that room safety box was inoperable to which the response was that no maintenance was available on the weekend but would send someone to remedy the problem the next day, but nothing was done. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay there.

The outside is not as beautiful as the lobby and halls. The bathroom inside in the room felt like a hole. I could see the vision but the execution needs to be worked on. Will not be going back until I know another Reno had happened
