The Space:
Located on a greenbelt in the middle of Santa Rosa Cove, this two bedroom two bath condo has been freshly remodeled and is the best value you will find within walking distance to La Quinta Resort. The master suite has a king bed, flatscreen TV and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a TV and a private bathroom with a combination shower/tub. There is an inflatable queen mattress providing sleeping accommodations for up to 6 people. A fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances has a breakfast table with seating for four. The kitchen opens to a spacious great room with a comfortable leather couch and chair, a large flat screen TV and a dining table seating six. The property has a two outdoor patios; one in a private front courtyard and one at the back of the property which contains a gas grill. Comfortable outdoor seating will allow you to bask in the warm desert sun year-round. A detached two car garage and driveway provides ample parking. The condo is a short-walk to a community pool and hot tub as well as a community tennis court. The main lobby of La Quinta Resort is only a 10 minute walk through a pedestrian gate adjacent to the driveway making the property a great alternative to multiple hotel rooms.
The Neighborhood:
Santa Rosa Cove is a community of single-story condominiums adjacent to La Quinta Resort. Guests will enjoy beautifully landscaped common areas/greenbelts; multiple community pools, hot tubs and tennis courts and 24 hour gated security. The Santa Rosa mountains rim the property providing dramatic views throughout the community. Most properties within Santa Rosa Cove are less than a 10 minute walk to the main lobby area of La Quinta Resort and golf clubhouse for the Mountain and Dunes courses. Old Town La Quinta and the Highway 111 shopping corridor are just a short drive.
La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's Humana Challenge is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a 10-15 minute drive from a majority of our properties in the city. Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. The Coachella Valley is a wonderful destination for outdoor adventure in all seasons. This vacation villa is the perfect place for your next visit to the California desert!

Guest Access:
California Vacation Villas provides guests with 24-hour contactless check-in and check-out through automated access. Guests will receive a door code specific to their stay 3 days prior to arrival. The code will activate at 4pm on the day of arrival and deactivate at 11am on the day of departure. Santa Rosa Cove is a gated community along and 24 hour security provides access through two gates to enter the community. The condos have attached two car garages with one parking spot in the garage available to guests. There are two additional spots in the driveway and street parking along Avenida Obregon and Calle Mazatlan. Guests should park in the garage, driveway or along the street in the direction of traffic and display the parking pass provided by security at all times. Garage doors should remain closed when not in use.
Getting Around:
Guests visiting the Coachella Valley can access a majority of the desert's attractions within 10-45 minutes by car. Ride share and taxis are available a majority of the time and are more readily available from November-April. Palm Springs International Airport is a 20-45 minute drive from most desert locations and Ontario and Los Angeles International Airport can be used as alternatives for air travel. Interstate 10 runs through the northern side of the Coachella Valley providing access to all desert cities from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego to the west and Phoenix and Las Vegas to the east and north. A car is recommended for any extended stay in the area.

Occupant agrees to comply the following:
1. Guest to pay additional pet fee in the amount of $100.
2. All pets must comply with the following specifications:
a. May not exceed 50 lbs.
b. Must be at least 2 year(s) of age or older.
c. Must be spayed or neutered.
d. Must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heart-worm preventive is highly recommended.
3. All pets must be leashed at all times outside the Premises.
4. Guest is responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse.
5. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees.
6. All pets are to be treated with a topical flea and tick repellent prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks present in this area and can cause
harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets.
7. Pet must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage will be charged to the occupants
electronic form of payment on-file.
8. Guest should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
9. Pet will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or out. Pet will not be left unattended on balcony, patio, or porch.
10. California Vacation Villas assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or be caused by pets while on on the Premises.
