The Pier House is, overall, a lovely place that could just use a bit of sprucing up. We’ve stayed there multiple times over the past two decades & always had a fabulous time, primarily because of the amazing & caring staff. Fun, vibrant, funky & a great place for a getaway. Sitting at the Key West airport as I write this, with a smile on my face, looking forward to our next visit.

Where do I start?….place is dirty…they lost power and moved me to another hotel that was even worse… came back the same day because they got power back after telling me I had to leave…then we had no hot water for 2 days….all they offered was a refund of the resort fees….they had no idea what was going on and we’re not very accommodating….better places to stay in Key West

Everything was great! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Ann from the front desk was so sweet and fun to talk too. The only thing was that when we were trying to get towels by the pool or the by the beach area the Hispanic guy had a very bad attitude when he was trying to give us our towels.

Had a little snafu at check in but other than that, we found all was WONDERFUL. Hurricane Debby caused our flights to cancel and we were stressed as to our stay being extended but the staff was so pleasant and accommodating. Can not say enough kind words about Linda at the bar/beach/pool- she was swift, lively, energetic and so personable. Dianne was also so kind and accommodating- all in all- I WOULD HIGHLY recommend Pierhouse- we will certainly recommend it to friends and family-
