Unfortunately, I will not stay at this location again. Neither would I recommend it. The property was not well kept: in the hallways for example, had a malodorous scent, had the appearance of uncleanliness, had carpet damage at multiple areas & the walls had multiple unrepaired sights of damage. In terms of the room, there was a dead roach, the sheet was stained, and the bathroom tube drainage plug had to physically be removed to drain the tube of water. In addition,I will just say the shower was not a site that would welcome a guest to take a shower. There should be better efforts taken to make the location hospitable as this is a business that is based in hospitality.

I stayed here overnight after the Big E. The rooms and lobby are recently renovated but the property still isn’t the nicest. It gives motel vibes. The room was ok, both beds had dirty looking sheets. One had black stains all over the top sheet. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well, there was hair on the shower wall, the vent above the tub was SO gross, and there was a mystery substance on the wall by the mirror. The beds were firm but comfortable. The pillows were half sized and not the best. It was ok for a quick overnight stay but I wouldn’t want to have been there longer.

overall the last time i was there to many kids screaming an making a mess around the desk receptionist area and running through the halls around 9pm to 11pm so it wasn't quiet. the towels need better cleaning and the room had gum an ants on the corner. more toilet paper would be great. breakfast was good 👍 😋. exterior of the building an perimeter looks sketchy but once your inside its somewhat transformations make it more appealing

Outside of property very run down looked abandoned. Sheets were stained , found false eyelashes in bed. I went and asked for clean sheets to make the bed myself. Hallways smelt horrible, I was on the second floor and there were no elevators. So be prepared to pull your luggage up the stairs. And the pool was gross clumps of hair in the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in long time, no towels available; which didn’t want to swim after seeing all the hair. I’m pretty sure people that work there are all related and live here. I was very uncomfortable staying here alone so made my son drive up and stay with me. Never ever again will I stay here!

The entrance and foyer were nice, but once you stepped into the back where the rooms are located it was like going into the Twilight Zone. The halls were dark and stinky, smelled of weed, curry, and food. The stairwells (no elevator) were so stinky it smelled like 100 young boys had a workout with no shower, no deodorant! Trash bins on the outside of the building were piled up to the top. My bathroom still had a dirty towel and bathtub was not washed, so I was put in another room. The lady in the kitchen was very sweet and professional. Food was good.

The property is located about a mile off the interstate. The hotel lobby is bright clean and very welcoming. My only complaint would be that the ice machine on the main floor was on the other side of the building. Otherwise, nice establishment.

The hotel was clean and beautiful. Staff was great. Breakfast was excellent. My only complaint was I am a family of 5 and as I normally book a room a room of 5 2 bed with a sofa bed and to my surprise there was no sofa bed and it was not a room for 5 but more for 4. The definitely need to fix this in the system. As my child slept on floor .. thankfully we survived the night.

Do not stay here! I booked two rooms and both rooms the locks on the door did not work. On the first night someone walked in on us. The workers in the front tried to lie and say that the locks were working the entire time. Their responses were less than satisfactory. They gave us the run around when we requested to speak to a manager. All the linens were dirty and stained, even after requesting new CLEAN sheets the new sets were dirty. The hotel smells terrible just save your money and time.
