132-year-old Farmhouse. Cozy 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, all on the 2nd floor. Full kitchen with dishwasher, plus a welcoming living room and dining area on the main floor. Washer/dryer in basement. Tap is on well water with 5-stage filtration system, but has mild to moderate sulfur smell. A peaceful, family-friendly retreat for relaxing in the cooler months.

House is semi-detached; Airbnb is the front house, host and family in the back. Both houses share a wall; this is a quiet, no-party space.
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a desk and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.

Needs curb appeal. Needed area to set outside. Had trouble finding the house. The house was beautiful inside. Not senior friendly. Bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.
