every night around 11ish to about 3am I stayed wide awake because apparently there is a night club attached to the rear end of the hotel, yet they failed to disclosed this, we booked for 3 day 4nights we still needed to book for 5 more day and deciede to not re book due to not being able to sleep from 11pm-3am due to music blasting thru hotel, the staff is super friendly and helpful, extremely attentive.

I like the cleanliness of the property, but I really dislike the bed. The bed was too hard and it did not have a backrest. The bathroom amenities were very poor.

It was good the only bad thing was. I ask for one king bed and they give me 2 small bed. The reason they said. ( they go with what the hotel can offer) I know for sure is slow month and they did have a lots of room. I work with a customer a lot and I always apologized to customer when I need to give any explanation. But they didn’t care.

Hotel is in a great spot if you’re looking to walk around and see historic Guadalajara. Staff was very friendly and attentive. There are several great local restaurants nearby and the tours the hotel works with were very reasonably priced with amazing tour guides. It is an older building but the rooms were nice and clean. As a disclaimer, I will say there is no safe or coffee maker in the room if those are must haves. The rooftop pool was a nice touch. Overall a great choice.

Great location to enjoy historical Centro Guadalajara. Anything you need is within walking distance. It’s an older hotel but charming, clean with good service. The valet and room service staff were wonderful. The amenities are super simple, mattresses are little stiff and the elevator can be a bit slow but overall our stay was great.

The location was great, walking distance from many attractions and restaurants. Upon arrival I was greeted by Enrique who was very friendly. Alan was also very polite and helpful, he went above and beyond helping me with my elderly mother. The rest of the staff were also very nice.
