Second time staying here. We lucked out as we flew in the Day Hurricane Helene had hit. We were one of few hotels with power. Due to lack of restaurants and venues open in area we wanted to check out early. Due to an Expedia reservation it was non refundable. However Josh the night auditor worked with Expedia and myself for over an hour to make it happen. There was no phones nor internet which made it very challenging however thanks to his persistence we were successful .

I travel a lot and I’m always in need of a good hotel stay. This stay was for one night and a day after we had gotten hit by hurricane helene. A lot of families were staying at the hotel just because they lost power, others for leisure and/or work. Despite the reason of the stay, the staff was accommodating to all and very diligent to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was great. The customer service was amazing. Front desk worker, Jane, was a sweetheart. I will definitely stay here again.

Rates are low, making the hotel a good value, but I don’t think the property deserves the high marks it gets online. The hotel sits off the interstate, so it’s a bit of a drive to the sights and restaurants in downtown Greenville. The rooms are okay but are showing their age. The staff let the hot food run out well before breakfast ended. On the plus side, the fancy coffee machine available round the clock is great!

Don’t stay in room 220 or anything around that number. Right by the exit door and the door was super loud closing. No sorting devices added to the door. It slammed shut all night long. Staff was super nice besides that

It’s an affordable place to stay. Convenient parking, easy and friendly staff at check-in. Only issue was room was a little humid. Bedding was damp from humidity. I believe because the air was not set properly when we arrived. So took a bit of time for it to calm down. Overall good stay.
