The staff was lovely but the disinfectant smell was overwhelming in the room. There were cops in the parking lot twice in one night and there were a lot of arguing people on the street. Yikes!

Air conditioning took all night to cool the room. The TV remote was broken. It was broken almost all the way in half. Out dated. Floor was dusty. It felt dirty because of how outdated it was. No parking.

We left and paid for another hotel. The chemicals that were used in this hotel were overwhelming and our eyes and nose were burning. Also, it smelled of mildew and the bathroom door did not close. Avoid at all costs.

Don’t stay there!!
We checked in and they gave us a room right next to the highway. We go in the room and it is very old and dirty. When we shut the door lots of light came from around the door and the pad lock was broke so couldn’t lock the door. The shower was not in good condition so not very appealing but I got in to take a shower and looked down and there was a large batch of long black hair. Not sure where that came fro , either when I lowered the shower curtain or from my feet off the floor. GROSS!!! I’m trying to get a refund because we checked out and if not a refund I was willing to pay for another hotel because this one is nasty.

We arrived late and had to retrieve a key from the key box. The property looks rundown. There was a man sleeping in an alcove of the office. Our sheets had stains. I went to the office where i talked to someone via speaker who inforned that my room had been cleaned and the sheets were fine. She told me thete were no sheets available and no rooms, so i could go to another hotel. Will never return to this place.

Found staff on reception not particularly friendly. Thought it was expensive for what it was, wouldn't let us check in an hour early. We could have if we changed to 2 queen beds instead of kingsize, which we would have done but wanted extra $25 so didn't bother. It was a large room but plenty of other hotels around to choose from.

Do not stay here! Everything was grimmy and dirty from the trash all over the parking area outside our room to the mold and stains in the dirty bathroom. We couldn’t sleep most of the night just did not feel comfortable the front desk clerk charged us twice and just said “call Expedia”. The breakfast consisted of one waffle iron for 20 people, cereal and cheap bread. Very regrettable stay.

Traveling with my daughter and did not feel safe in the location. The room was in need of repairs. The door latch was broken, furniture appears old and in need of updating, walls /trims was in need of repair.

Breakfast is poor....cheap carbs with no protein. This place clearly exercises an aggressive approach to check-in/check-out. Though check-out is 10 am, and I needed to catch up on sleep because the prior day I had had a very long travel day, housekeeping started banging on my door between 8 and 9. And even though I responded, "I'm still in here" she persisted in banging again every 15 minutes. No sleeping in.

I arrived early (1:00 pm) with the knowledge from a recent previous stay that early check-in was offered for an added fee of 25 dollars, which I was very willing to pay. The first two staff members I encountered spoke no English but were able to tell me that check-in was at 3 pm. I pointed to the sign on the front desk indicated that one could check in from 11 am until 3 pm. A higher-ranking front-desk person showed up and informed me that no rooms were ready. A complete lie. I walked around the property (all rooms open to the outside) and did not espy the usual tell-tale sign of a house-keeping cart. And from my prior stay a few days earlier, I know that house-keeping did their rounds very early. I went away and at 3 pm I encountered new staff...it was clearly evident that the woman at 1 pm simply did not want to be bothered. At this motel, guests are handed on check-in a small paper ticket admitting one to breakfast. When I came to breakfast the next morning, I realized I had mis-placed my ticket. The woman at the front desk looked up my reservation and indicated that I was not eligible for a free breakfast (well, then why was I given a ticket the previous afternoon?) She indicated that I could partake in the all-carb/no protein breakfast for 10 bucks. I chose to go to McD's where I got two Egg Sausage McMuffins for 5 bucks.
