This hotel is by far the best! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Everyone there is happy to help. I really enjoyed my stay it didn’t bother me the pool was being renovated because there so much to do, see and eat anyway! 4-6 in the bistro you can gather with other patrons staying at the hotel. And omg I really enjoyed their complementary water, this might sound ridiculous but mint and cucumber kept us wanting more and more of that water!!! It was amazing something I will definitely make at home. I plan to return in the future and will happily stay here.

The property is currently under construction. You will not know this until you check in and receive a note that says “Construction starts at 9 AM.” then at 7 AM you will be woken up with a jackhammer directly above your room. If you plan on relaxing at any point, forget this hotel. It says on the amenities that there’s a restaurant at the hotel, but it’s closed because of the renovations. The hotel is a loud disaster. I’ve never had such a terrible experience.

Was a lovely stay other that the construction i didn’t know about until After booking. No pool or main strip access along with being woken up at 8am to god awful noises. Bedrooms were very spacious and lovey. My stay just so happened to have construction but if there wasn’t you are in for a beautiful trip.

This hotel is in a great location for Fort Lauderdale Beach. You walk out the backside and you are right in the heart of all the beach has to offer. Shopping, eating, and beach front access. Our only issue was there was construction at the time, so things were not available.

This hotel was the worst. It was literally a mess. It was under construction and we were not told of this either from Expedia or the hotel. They literally took all the chairs and tables out from under us outside. The pool was so disgusting, no outside bar either. The patio was in such disrepair. Horrible. I called Expedia and told them I wanted my money back bc I was not informed of any of this disgustingness. They are responsible for knowing the conditions of the hotels they book. I still have not received my refund. So my next step is to cancel on my cc. Horrible place.

Expedia’s description of the hotel did not mention the hotel was under construction. It was very noisy during the day and the pool area, including the pool were closed. 2 days out of our 6 days, the water was shut off from 11:00 to 4:00 without them offering free water. You couldn't even use the washrooms during that time. The hotel has potential, it’s just too bad this wasn’t mentioned upfront by Expedia. It was 49 degrees with alot of humidity so the pool wouldn’t have been great to use.

Overall I was extremely disappointed and would not stay again. If you are reading this I advise you book elsewhere. While it was in a convenient location, I do not feel guests are compensated enough for having to deal with the hotel as a whole. Having worked in hospitality for years it is just simply unacceptable to have significant construction which interferes with the amenities you offer and only offer 2 beach chairs per room as compensation. Multiple days during our stay we were notified that the water would be off or only cold. What makes it even worse is not being notified of this construction and interference until it was already too late to cancel. There were plenty of hotels within walking distance to this one that are the same price if not cheaper and you can actually enjoy their amenities as well as not having to wake up to a view of construction starting at 9am.

The staff were extremely personable and welcoming. The property is under construction so the pool is not available. They did provide free beach chairs that were available directly in front of the hotel. That became a little confusing because they only gave you two per reservation. Which was not great for a family of four. The parking is outrageous and would have made other arrangments if i was aware that it was valet only and $52 per night. You can not charge that kind of rate and then expect people to also tip....when the car was literally park 50 yards across the street.

We came from Texas to enjoy a great time with family. When we got here there was no pool, the Bar was not what we are used too. We have have stayed in many of properties but this one was the worst. My kids didn’t use their float like they planned.

Parking at this hotel was valet only and that information was not clear, it increased the total cost by $52 for our 1 night stay! The pool was out of service, so the hotel said they would provide complimentary chairs and towels at the beach. Whenever I requested that service, it was not available. There was not hot water on the shower. Completely disappointed.
