Nice view of the beach. The curtains were stained. Hair was on shower floor and wall. The toilet wasn't really clean. The tv was lower than the bed and difficult to see. Not worth the price.

I was charged for 4 rooms, not the 2 that I booked. I had to leave early as I went into labor and the desk agent said just leave we are not charging you for the 3rd night. I got his card and he said to call if we had billing issues. Well, we have issues. I was charged over $3500 for two rooms, 2 nights. And the valet parking was a nightmare

The hotel lobby was impressive, suggesting that the guest rooms would match its elegance, but unfortunately, that wasn't true. The first room we were given had a noticeable mildew smell, while the second room was an improvement. The service, however, was commendable; every staff member I interacted with was professional and courteous. In the end, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again or recommend it to others.

There was only 1 elevator working. Hotel is definitely beaten up, lots of wear and tear to the rooms, hallways - the one elevator. A true disconnect between the three buildings of rooms; with the one near the pool and beach - not having balconies. Unbelievably they hit me with a no show fee after calling an letting them know I missed my flight, but coming and staying for 4 nights after that missed day. Being hit with a $50 resort fee daily makes the lower room fee falacy and then add in $55 for parking... you should stay at the Conrad or anywhere else that might have a mirror in the room, instead of just above the bathroom sink. You've been warned.

My family and I loved the private access to the beach. The restaurants are located within walking distance. The property is clean. The airport and Port Everglades is located six miles away. We would definitely stay at this resort again!
