I can't complain about the location, it's just a few minutes walk from the beach. However, it goes downhill from there. The washer was broken the whole time we were there. The screened in back door was broken and wide open when we got there. The shower tub was broken, didn't drain, and someone had to come out twice to address that. The toilet flush has to be held down until it completely flushes or else you are leaving an unwelcome surprise for the next person. There is no water pressure in the kitchen when someone flushes the toilet or takes a shower. Lastly, we found out the hard way all the ice trays had cracks in them and had to mop up the floor. Probably any one of these things wouldn't have been that big of a deal but all added up made for a frustrating stay. The management company Folly's Best Rentals, did respond to each of our calls, did send someone out to fix some of these issues , and ended up washing a load of our clothes, since we had run out of things to wear. However, they don't take any responsibility for the condition of the property, told us these things "happen", even though they were all like this when we got here, and even questioned us if we could have broken the washing machine. It's just not the experience I would recommend for someone looking for a beach getaway. Maybe would should have looked into Folly's Second Best rentals?
