The Space:
Two Bedrooms, one and a half bath featuring two queen beds, one pullout queen bed and two optional XL twin size memory foam cots upon request. All linens and amenities provided including coffee, creamer, green tea, and oatmeal.

Entry is by smart lock door code. Guests have access to the entire home. Access is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

Visiting to go to The Ark Encounter
Wonderful place to stay. Amenities were excellent and beds were very comfortable. Normally beds are not comfortable in places.we took our grands 2 six year old, 8 year old and a 13 year old. Great place to stay

Charming and clean - all we needed
The house was fantastic, it was all we needed. This house has charm, and the modern touches that make it a great joke away from home. All of the basics worked well- responsive A/C, plumbing that just worked, sufficient WiFi for remote work and our kids’ needs. There was even two fold out cots that ended up coming in handy for us and it was nicer than sleeping on a couch. The new washer and dryer also worked smoothly. The owner was responsive and professional with their communication. We will return next time we’re in town.

Cozy Cottage Near The Ark Experience
Older home, nicely updated and renovated! Cozy atmosphere, less than ten minutes from The Ark Experience and easy to find. Ample parking for at least three vehicles. Very comfortable beds/linens and well equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood very near restaurants or grocery. Lovely back deck with fenced yard. Overall first impression was clean and nicely appointed. The only negative I would share was the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. The bath mat in the tub appeared to have not been removed for cleaning in a while and there was mold/mildew underneath. The rest of the bathroom was clean. This property would easily accommodate four to six comfortably.

Wedding weekend haven
We came into town to host to a wedding at Bryton Barn. Communication was amazing with Jeremiah and neat suites. Having this location only 7 mins away and an awesome outdoor area to relaxin in really helped to make this busy weekend enjoyable!

The house is extremely convenient to the interstate. Beds & pillows are great, kitchen well stocked, TV & living area comfortable & set up well for viewing the TV. Just a few issues: (1) coffee grounds were left in the coffee pot, (2) found a dried-up eaten apple core under the couch when I was doing exercises, (3) when I stripped the bed, I noticed that the mattress pad was stained. The bed needs a new pad. (4) the washing machine had mold in the detergent dispenser. Cleaning services should clean out the mold. The dispenser & door to the washing machine should be left open when there are no clients in the house. This will allow the washing machine to smell clean & prevent mold from growing. Again, we enjoyed our stay & we would greatly recommend this house to other clients.

Sweet home close to Ark Encounter
We loved the decor and hominess of this cute property. It provided great access to Ark Encounter and Creation Museum which is why we came. It is located close to some busy roads however, so if you are looking for an out of the way stay , this is not it. The check in and out was very easy. I did notice a smoke smell in the home right away as I am sensitive to this. The property manager offered to bring in a machine to try to help with this, but we didn't take him up as we were in and out so much. The property is not a 2 bath, but a

The house was very clean which is a huge deal for me as I stay in VRBOs when I travel. The location to the Ark and Creation museum was convenient. The only downside was a lot of traffic on the little road and at times a little noisy. Other than that no issues. We enjoyed thoroughly our stay!

Perfect place for Noah’s ark Encounter
Place is clean, very very close to Walmart to grab breakfast items and snack foods for later. Ark Encounter is also close by and so is Cincinnati where we went to the Butterfly conservatory after we were done with the Creation Museum. Only 30-45 mins depending on traffic. Beds were also comfortable and believe me I’m the worst when it comes to sleeping in strange beds. But I was able to sleep comfortably through the night.
