"I love the Hotel Indigo brand and this one did not disappoint with its Memphis music history aesthetic!! Didn’t get to enjoy the pool but it was a nice bonus with a cool design and rooftop location! I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Our room had a great view of the city and my mom recorded the sunrise the next morning. Love the hospitality from both the young ladies at the reception counter, who were very welcoming natives. "

"From the minute you walk in you get a warm vibe: the lobby, the bar, the furnishings, even the smokey fragrance, all make you want to sit down and stay awhile. Staff are all fabulous hosts and the barristas are a welcome sight in the morning. Bartenders are the best: they are professionals who make amazing cocktails! Rooms are well-appointed with tall ceilings, harmonious colors, and cool fixtures. Beds are super comfy with luxurious linens and big, soft towels in the bathroom. Our only critique would be housekeeping but they are hard working and understaffed. We had to ask for a refesh after 3 nights and needed a couple of things. But this place is well worth a stay and we'd definitely come back! Location is central: easy walk to downtown and sites. We're world travelers and this place rocks!"
