We arrived at 4.30. Check in is allegedly 3pm but our room, and many other customers rooms, were not ready. We were however offered a complimentary drink.
On arrival we were told the only option for parking was valet parking at $33 per night which seems a bit steep given the hotel is surrounded by 3 or 4 car parks.
Service in the coffee bar was slow.
Also disappointing that the staff were not very knowledgable about general tourist attractions and that the city tram service is not operating-though the latter is not the hotels responsibility.
Positives: nice enough room and good view of bridge.
This hotel gave me an amazing experience! 10/10 and I will happily continue to use them in the future. The staff was so helpful and sweet. I loved the room and how everything was decorated. Really cool features. My room was clean and the cleaning staff also came to make my bed while i was out. The food and views on the rooftop were lovely. Far enough from Beale St. that you can experience peace at the hotel but close enough to walk to party. I'm so happy with everything. Thank you all!
Perfect location to visit my daughter who lives in Memphis. Walking distance to great restaurants and Beale St. All of the staff was outstanding!

It was within walking distance from the restaurants, bars and shops on Beale street. The staff was amazing. They were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. My only negative is the noise. The rooms are not very sound proof and there was a lot of street noise and the other doors slamming or people in the hall can be heard quite loudly in your room so if your a light sleeper this might not be a good choice.
The stay was fine but Valet sucks I waited 1hr and 20 minutes to receive my car I scanned the QR CODE they give you my keys was in the lock box the whole time after I inquired about it twice
Hotel was clean and modern, also very quiet. A pick off the menu breakfast was included and our waitress, Rachel, was nice and very accommodating.
What I didn't like, was the free breakfast was not explained in detail prior to arrival or at check in.
Amazingly very quiet for the busy area that its in. Great views of the Mississippi River. Park across street in large garage for $13 a night is very reasonable. 2blocks from Beal Street.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences my father and I have experienced. Not only were the rooms dirty, but the entire floor and vent system in our room smelled of black mold. My father ended up getting very sick during the stay and we had to leave a day and a half early. We will not be coming back again.
