We did not have any wash cloths, glasses for drinks, one robe not two, soap in the shower and , no shower cap, and the refrigerator was warm when we arrived. Asked a room attendant for glasses other than paper coffee cups and wash cloths and she did not understand our request. Gave us extra towels and paper cups. Asked the front desk for wash cloths and she said they would bring them up, never arrived. Asked about glasses, they have a ice bucket, why no glasses. Never mind if it has to be a special request. Front desk said they would have to request them. Just disappointed that I assume you probably think you are a upscale hotel but you don't take care of the details. Probably would not come back for the price and the service. Valet was excellent but an option for parking would have been nice.

The breakfast menu was OK, but it was very expensive. I thought for the amount of money that was paid for the room. Breakfast should’ve been included a lot of places even if they’re not five store will have breakfast included a lot of the time and the fact that they didn’t have a microwave. I felt it should’ve been one of the immunities for the price of the room.
