"I had left my wallet home and it being a far distance. The front desk agent I wish I knew her name was able to help my fiancé and I transfer the reservation over with no issue . She had glasses, very kind I appreciated how organized she was. Extremely patient I would say as another guest was being impatient and irritable. She was a gem, please recognize her because her passion for her role really shows. I felt a bit happier walking away from that front desk after she wished us a great evening. "

"Seeing all the memorabilia of famous performers and artists was a great bonus. North Tower was quiet and room was spacious, modern, and clean. Kuro was disappointing. Pacing of food was not good and we needed to leave without getting everything we ordered "

"What a beautiful property! Their beds are the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!!! Check in was a breeze, they honored our request for a room on a lower floor and close to an elevator. Beautiful views, gorgeous hotel, good was just okay, nothing spectacular. A few of the nicer restaurants were closed and only opened on Thursdays- Sundays and one was closed for I'm assuming remodeling. So we ate food court/ deli items for most days and nights. Note: there is a soup place way out of the way, not near the food court but by some of the shops. "
