Someone gave another person my room key, disturbing my sleep. They fixed the issue, so I was okay with that. However, I asked the front desk staff for a wake-up call in the morning, but I never received it. That staff member needs more training.

The room was clean, the staff terrific, the shuttle fabulous, and the breakfast wonderful. Everything was great. I enjoyed the clean room and felt so comfortable, the staff was friendly and accomodating, the shuttle was fabulous and the breakfast amenties were such a treat to have. I appreciated my 1st time stay there and meeting guests - one I'm so sorry I didn't get his info before I left - whom I met in the kitchen - I kept looking for him, lol while I was there - but didn't run into him again

The staff was amazing. So kind and helpful. The room was not. No hand soap, no glasses for water and it was dreary. My bet is the parent company is not putting in amenities. It's getting a 3 since the people were so lovely.
