I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and had the pleasure of being assisted by Kathy at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she set the tone for an amazing stay. Kathy greeted me with a genuine smile, made check-in quick and smooth, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the hotel and surrounding area, and her friendly and patient attitude made me feel truly welcomed. It’s rare to meet someone who not only loves what they do but makes every guest feel valued—Kathy is definitely one of those people. Thank you, Kathy, for your outstanding service. Breakfast had alot of options, the hotel was updated and modern. The bathroom in the room was very spacious. The staff was friendly. The airport shuttle was very convenient. The overall experience was good. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. It offers ample parking, a quiet environment, and breakfast in the morning. I skipped breakfast, but other guests seemed to enjoy it. Be aware that the hotel is very strict about its check-in time. I arrived at 10 a.m. and could not get a room until 3 p.m., even though many guests were checking out. I ended up waiting in the lobby the entire time. Five stars for the cleaning staff—the room was spotless. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that even though I stayed for just a weekend, they still managed to clean the room twice during my stay. The driver who picked me up from the airport (unfortunately, he did not have a badge to identify him, but he appeared to be from the Philippines) was simply rude, and the way he drove made an accident feel inevitable. In contrast, the African American gentleman who drove me back to the airport was pleasant and professional. The front desk personnel looked as if they did not want to be there and were very dismissive when approached.
