Property is next to interstate. Windows are extremely thin and not sealed. I had to listen to trucks roaring by every few seconds all night long. I would not stay here again for free.

The floors in our room were dirty and they only gave us one tiny trash can. The only place to take trash was a van in the parking lot that was already overflowing

Good price and location, but just so so
The positives: the desk clerk was friendly, the room was very clean, and the location was very convenient to places we needed to visit. The negatives: the pool and hot tub were closed for the season (even though it was very warm out), the bottom of the door had at least a two inch gap—so we had to cram a towel between door and floor otherwise the light from hallway came streaming in, and the hot water was luke warm at best.

They wanted to charge us $25 to check in an hour early. We opted to wait. When we later checked in, they added a $25 incidental fee. When we checked out they said the $25 would be removed and if it wasn’t within 7-10 days to check with our bank. We checked out 2 hours early, but they didn’t offer a $25 refund for that! Lol. We go to concerts at Red Rocks about twice a year. We will Never stay here again. I don’t trust this property. And this was day 29 of a 34 day road trip, only hotel I had an issue with.

The lobby and outside of this property appear to have been updated with the transition to the new brand, but very little in the rooms has been updated - maybe a few new fixtures, a coat of paint and trendy artwork in the walls. The air conditioning unit vent was covered in so much dust that I felt like I had to clean it so it wouldn’t just continue to blow dust on us our entire stay. Clearly no one had paid attention to that in quite some time. The bathroom was tiny and definitely poorly ventilated. This place did the job for a fairly inexpensive place to stay near Red Rocks, but I likely wouldn’t stay here again.

The property was close to everything and is a great central location. It was good for what it is, a place to lay your head and rest between activities. The lobby and eating area is beautiful but the rest of the hotel is dated. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and it’s dog friendly which is a plus. Be aware if you’re traveling with a dog you will be required to sign a form saying you will not leave your animal unattended in the room and if you get 2 noise complaints you will be asked to find alternative accommodation, just a heads up if you have talkative’ pets. Ours are seniors and quiet and it was perfect for us. Pool area is well maintained and a central location for each hotel block. I would stay here again.
