Wonderful property in a lovely location
From booking, to check-in, the host had fantastic communication leaving no query unanswered and a great and easy check in process Very little to feedback, negligible things (a cork screw for opening a bottle of wine would be useful) and from a cleanliness perspective, everything was great, just a little attention needed in the jets in the spa baths in the bedroom. They have electronic pool cleaning robots, and nets for you to fish anything out of not picked up.Not listed but has a great gas BBQ, too!Great overall physical space with everything you can think of from condiments in the kitchen to cleaning products needed. Would absolutely stay here again and hope we do some day. The area of cocoa beach is gorgeous. The houses in this road are impressive, just like this one!Thank you for a lovely stay and the best communication.

Needs some MAJOR improvements!
Our stay was for 2 nights, requesting an early check in, which was graciously granted and appreciated. The check in process was simple and easy. The neighborhood was nice and peaceful. And our commute to the beach was within a 5 min walk. The house itself has so much potential! But….Once we arrived, the trash cans in front of the Josie were completely full. Upon entering the home, you could see some areas that could use maintenance atrention. I’m also unsure if the home was cleaned between guests. There was a note from the previous guests to the homeowner and a maintenance receipt for work done on the alidinf doors left on the kitchen counter, the refrigerator had open and used food in it, the shelves were dirty. The cabinets also contained opened and unopened food. The keurigs and coffee pot still had water left in them from previous guests. There were multiple areas of ants gathering on the floors, the downstairs bathroom mats and toilet seat were badly stained. The upstairs bathroom had a toilet paper holder, but no rod to hold the toilet paper on. There were cob webs with dead bugs in the corners. There was a hairball sitting right on top of the bathroom counter. The bedroom light fixture/fan flickered when turned on and the light was so dim that it didn’t seem as though there were any lights on. The dining area lights performed the same way…constant flickering. The pool had two dead machines laying in it. Both non working, just laying in the bottom of a dirty pool.

Christmas with sand instead of snow
This was perfect for us, our children/spouses and grand children. Was good to have wahser/dryer. Kitchen needs a few basics, like measuring cups and mixing bowls. It's only a few minute walk to the beach. This home had plenty of sand/beach/pool toys.

Terrible
This was the worst VRBO experience our family has ever encountered. We had 11 members stay at this home. Upon arrival we went to cook dinner and had to rewash dishes because they were dirty. The house was barely cleaned- bugs on all window sills, dust everywhere, a dirty pool with broken toys, a large leak in the garage that made the house smell moldy, mouse poop inside, and a garage full of trash. With only one pot and pan, no coffee maker, and little to no supplies, this house was ill-equipped for a large family to stay. The trash can was already 3/4 full and wasn’t able to be taken by the trash company, so we had no choice but to leave the trash in the garage. She also had no trash bags so we had to use smaller grocery bags. The back door doesn’t lock, so be weary of leaving important items in the house if you leave. There are barely any screens on the windows to allow fresh air in the house. When confronting the host about the issues and a partial refund, we only received excuses and insults from her. We told her we didn’t want to leave a negative review but future guests need to be aware.

Better than we could have imagined!
We were 3 separate families waiting to board a cruise ship. We wish we had arrived earlier to enjoy the home more fully! The main thing we "missed" during researching the property, is that this is really a house, with an ADU! It was amazing! The set up was PERFECT for us! The owner communicated quickly and thoroughly, and although we were coming in during the aftermath clean up of a hurricane, she kept apologizing for the amount of debris, which was no fault of her own. We would definitely choose house again, and plan to stay longer!

Overall great experience- will stay again!
We very much enjoyed our stay on Harbor Circle! From the beginning the host was very communicative and accommodating in answering my questions. The property was in close proximity to multiple things- short walk across the street to the beach, great restaurants nearby, 25 minute drive to Space Coast Stadium, etc. There were a few things that need a small amount of maintenance- the pool needed cleaned, jets in the upstairs bathroom did not work, a few lights didn't work and both washers had issues with error codes (one of which we were able to resolve). The double bunk room requires you to walk through another bedroom to get to which we were not aware of, but it still worked for our teenagers. We also did not realize the pool was not temperature regulated, so it was very warm and rarely used as it was not refreshing (end of July-beginning of August). Overall it was very clean and inviting and comfortable with all the amenities you need, and we would return if in the area again.

Bright Ocean house was very clean, spacious and inviting. The beautiful house is on a corn lot on a cul-de-sac. Our favorite was the nice swimming pool. It’s in a great location to town the beach and not far to Kennedy Space Center. The upstairs suite was a favorite spot for the grandchildren. Location and distance to beach is great. Plenty of room for sleeping. Living room spacious plenty of room for kids to play with toys. Beautiful Spot!
My family and I stayed here for a few days and had a lovely time. The house is in a great location and was extremely clean, spacious and beautifully designed. The pool was awesome and had a large fenced in yard for our dogs and young kids. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit the area!

So thankful to find last minute availability! This house is Clean and in a great location. Perfect distance away from the crowded tourist areas of Cocoa Beach which we avoid yet quick drive to the best entertainment/dining. Nice quiet street walking distance to the beach. House was larger than expected with large, private in-law suite perfect for additional family. Looking forward to booking again!
