Relax with the whole family in this peaceful villa surrounded by nature in the heart of the Roman countryside and a very short distance from the sea! Let yourself be cradled in the waters of the beautiful swimming pool and enjoy the view surrounded by flowers, olive trees, horses, hens and happy dogs.
Villa Chiara is located in the municipality of Cerveteri and more precisely in the countryside of Ceri in the heart of the Etruscan land.

You will have your own privacy in this portion of villa which consists of a large living area with built-in kitchen where you can prepare your favorite dishes, a triple bedroom, bathroom with shower on the ground floor and a double bedroom on the first floor with access from a spiral staircase . All rooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning and have a very pleasant view of the garden, the swimming pool and from the upper floor you can enjoy a glimpse of the blue sea on the horizon.

The house, surrounded by nature, offers the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing holiday breathing in the scents of the earth, away from the noise of the city.

The villa outdoor offers the possibility to fully enjoy life in the open air with table and chairs for your pleasant meals in the garden, barbecue and beautiful heated swimming pool (open from April to October depending on the weather conditions). The swimming pool is shared with the property, who lives in the house next door and is available for any need during your stay, guaranteeing you maximum privacy. In the surrounding area there are olive groves, vegetable gardens, fruit trees and numerous animals including splendid horses, nice hens and Chiara's joyful dogs!

At guests' disposal: wi-fi internet, bed linen and towels, beach/pool towels on request, sun umbrella.

On request it will be possible to buy fresh eggs, local fruit and vegetables and oil.
The nearest supermarket is less than 10 minutes away by car and the area is full of farmhouses where you can always buy fresh products or delight your palate in the restaurants they manage.

The area where the villa is located is rich in Etruscan history, a very short distance away there are the famous Necropolis of Banditaccia, the small and charming village of Ceri, Lake Bracciano, Lake Martignano and the beautiful beaches of Marina di San Nicola. Rome, the Eternal city, is easily reachable in about 40 minutes by car and the Palidoro train station is 11 km away (35 minutes by car) and allows you to reach the Vatican in 25 minutes. Even the Bambino Gesù pediatric hospital in Palidoro can be reached by car in about 15 minutes.
