A great affordable place to stay. Close to The Split. Friendly people. They got security every night, which felt safe. They have shuttle service to the hotel when you arrive and leave. I love the fact that you can message them through WhatsApp and get a quick response.

It was my partner and my third time staying at Jan’s in the span of 7 years. This time we stayed for 8 night. It’s always amazingly clean with wonderful staff. It’s also in such a perfect location across the ocean and close to the famous Split. Highly recommend :)

Stayed in suite 2 for 5 nights and it was amazing. I loved getting up in the morning for sunrise and watching people walk by. My mom stayed in a room downstairs and whe loved her stay. The room was clean and the staff were kind and helpful. I would definitely consider staying again.

This property was so amazing, I could not have asked for a better place to stay, especially as a single woman visiting the island alone. My room had an amazing view, strong Wifi, it was prime location for the island and the customer service was incredible! Great location walking distance to everything. Be sure to visit Iguana Reef hotel around 4pm to see and pet stingrays free. Also go to tarpon cove and feed tarpon. Eat next door at Paradiso. Very nice employees at the hotel. No pool and rooms are adequate for the price. TV is small and room was hot when we arrived so took awhile to cool down.

Staff is so nice and accommodating. We arrived extremely early in the day ( literally at 10am) and they let us check in early. Great location as well. Overall would definitely stay again.
